Responsibilities- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Deliver top-notch patient-centered care while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families, empowering informed healthcare decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- CPR certification (required within 30 days of hire).
$32 - $53 per hour salary range based on experience.
- Eligibility for comprehensive health benefits on day one.
