Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position ranges from $32 to $53 per hour, with 36 hours scheduled per week. Benefits include day one eligibility for health benefits, 401(k) match up to 5%, debt-free tuition assistance, and immediate access to PTO benefits.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the OB Emergency Department. The successful candidate will conduct detailed patient assessments, create tailored care plans, and collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Labor and Delivery/Antepartum, a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), current RN licensure, and BLS and NRP certifications (required within 30 days of hire).
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Educate patients and staff on health-related topics to promote informed decision-making
- Adjust care plans as needed based on patient responses and evolving needs
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Labor and Delivery/Antepartum
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Current RN license
- BLS and NRP certifications (required within 30 days of hire)
