Position Details:
  • Exceptional customer service is your primary focus.
  • You will monitor and assess the area, providing detailed reports on activities at your assigned site.
  • Rapid response to critical incidents is essential.
  • Strong report writing and observation skills are required.
  • You will enforce customer protocols, regulations, and standards as necessary.
  • Responsibilities include gate access control.
  • Conduct vehicle patrols of the client’s premises (company vehicle provided during shifts).
  • Perform routine foot patrols both inside and outside the client’s property.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Your Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Iowa State Security License will be provided by GardaWorld if required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions when necessary.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Physical ability to climb stairs and walk long distances.
