Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mill/Mixer Operator to join our team at INX International Ink. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our mill machines, ensuring high-quality ink production and adhering to strict TPM standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain mill machines to TPM standards
  • Learn and apply TPM knowledge to daily activities
  • Weigh-up batches and mix ink according to process order
  • Operate Hockmeyer mill and maintain optimum OEE standards
  • Create and maintain a database of existing formulas and processing times
  • Perform canning, operating press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift
  • Act as a QC liaison, providing ink samples and making adjustments as needed
  • Complete scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
  • Assist with repacks and other tasks as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent desired
  • 3 months of work-related experience
  • Good math and basic computer skills
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required
  • Strong Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Forklift experience (training provided)
  • Mixing, Mill, and Pump filter industry background
  • Previous experience within the Ink Industry
