We are seeking a skilled Mill/Mixer Operator to join our team at INX International Ink. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality production of printing ink.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment to TPM standards
  • Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities
  • Weighing and mixing ink batches
  • Operating the Hockmeyer mill and other equipment
  • Acting as a QC liaison and providing ink samples

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 months of work-related experience
  • Good math and basic computer skills
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift experience
  • Mixing, Mill, and Pump filter industry background
  • Previous experience within the Ink Industry
