Batch Weigher

We are seeking a skilled Batch Weigher to join our team at INX International Ink. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate weighing and mixing of high-quality printing ink.

• Packaging finished product in various containers and applying labels
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment to meet TPM standards
• Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities
• Weighing batches: following process order of addition, shift auto and manual steps
• Creating and maintaining a database of all existing formulas, including processing times
• Canning
• Operating press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift
• Acting as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording data
• Completing scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
• Assisting with repacks

• High school diploma or equivalent desired
• 3 months of work-related experience
• Good math and basic computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Reliability to work assigned shift
• Flexibility to work overtime as required
• Strong Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background
• Ability to perform an active role with multi-disciplinary teams
• Good attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required

• Forklift experience (training provided)
• Mixing, Mill, and Pump filter industry background
• Previous experience within the Ink Industry
