Job Summary

Walmart is seeking a highly skilled Director of Work Authorization Compliance to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance and Ethics department, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives related to Spark platform growth and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with technology, business, legal, and Global Governance partners to build and implement new workstreams and processes.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership on compliance and ethics matters, including risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including legal partners and business leaders.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
  • 3 years' supervisory experience.
  • 4 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters: Business Administration.
  • Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification.
