Director, Specialty Compliance and Ethics Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Specialty Compliance and Ethics to join our team. As a leader in compliance and ethics, you will be responsible for developing capabilities to increase visibility to supply chain entities and developing processes to prevent and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities- Mature capabilities to map Walmart's global supply chain from raw materials to finished goods to assess potential Responsible Sourcing, Trade Compliance, and Global Sanctions risks.
- Evaluate, test, and implement new and emerging technologies with the potential to enhance supply chain risk identification at a product or raw material's origin.
- Develop scalable diligence mechanisms that allow us to further understand supply chain risks where appropriate.
- Convene and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to progress coordination around shared interests in upstream supply chain traceability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 7 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
- 3 years' supervisory experience.
- 4 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
