Summary of Position The Resolution Specialist will initiate, monitor, and communicate designated case actions, including identification and initiation of designated case actions, generation of documents, documentation of case actions and calls in iAPECS, written case communications, outbound calls, monitoring of resolution, case document research, and other tasks necessary to keep cases in compliance with federal, Commonwealth, and agency requirements. The Resolution Specialist will provide resolution and follow-up within specific time frames for inquiries not resolved at the time of the call. The shift for this position is 9-5:30. Essential Job Requirements Initiates, monitors, and communicates designated case actions Uses multiple complex computer systems to research, validate, update, and maintain case information Provides resolution and follow-up within specified timeframes for inquiries not resolved during call Locates, contacts, and verifies employer company and contact information Performs outbound calls, takes inbound calls, and enters data to complete work lists Researches and resolves case or payment discrepancies Maintains accurate files, records, and reports to document communication, compliance, and resolution of issue Adheres to all safety and security procedures Practices timely and regular attendance Education and Experience Required Three months of experience with ECSC High school diploma, GED or equivalent Skills Required Customer service experience preferably in a call center environment Must be comfortable with heavy computer usage with the ability to multitask while using multiple computer screens, programs and interfaces while on the telephone Ability to handle multiple processes and maintain courteous and professional manner during calls Ability to develop, interpret, and implement policies and procedures Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment Ability to work as a team member as well as independently
