About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Kansas. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of office and/or leasing experience. You will work independently to handle varied tasks efficiently and provide excellent customer service to prospective residents. The ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge of LIHTC Tax Credit or HUD experience and proficiency in Yardi software.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents.
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks.
- Assist in lease preparation and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and property policies.
- Follow up with applicants and maintain thorough documentation.
- Respond to leasing inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with marketing and advertising available units.
