Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative baker to join our team at Bakery On Maple LLC. As a baker, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and improving recipes, as well as ensuring the quality of our baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine recipes to meet our high standards of quality and taste.
  • Measure and combine ingredients, and use various equipment to produce a wide range of baked goods, including bread, cakes, and pastries.
  • Decorate and display finished products to ensure they are visually appealing and meet our brand standards.
  • Conduct quality control checks on ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet food safety and quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
  • Ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, time management, and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, night, and weekend shifts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy items for extended periods.
