Senior Contract Administrator Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our team at Dayton Metropolitan Housing.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 based on location and experience.

About the Role

This Senior Contract Administrator will oversee the administration of all GDPM contracts to ensure compliance with terms and provisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and contracting, with experience working with HUD policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Administer all GDPM contracts to ensure compliance with terms and provisions.
  • Assure compliance with all Authority rules, state and federal laws, and regulations.
  • Monitor contractors for proper HUD Labor Standard Compliance.
  • Prepare and submit required reports, including Semi-Annual Labor Reports and Minority Business Enterprise Contract and Subcontract Activity Reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working with HUD policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
