Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team in Reynosa, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchases and planning, with a focus on maintaining effective communication with vendors and shipping companies.

In this role, you will be responsible for purchasing raw materials, managing inventory levels, and communicating production and project management teams about schedule changes caused by design problems or material shortages. To excel in this position, you should have knowledge of MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing and planning of raw materials
  • Maintaining constant contact with vendors and shipping companies
  • Ensuring on-time delivery of materials
  • Communicating with production and project management teams about schedule changes

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish)
