  • Provide security services, including guarding, surveillance, and interventions, to meet client expectations.
  • Work a shift pattern covering days, nights, and weekends, ensuring adequate coverage and flexibility.
  • Manage access control, gate duties, staff and vehicle searches, traffic management, and car park duties.
  • Conduct building patrols, monitor fire and security alarm panels, and respond to site risk events.
  • Adhere to communication requirements, records of delivery, and maintenance of gate records.

**Requirements:**

  • Hold a valid SIA license.
  • Provide the right to work in the UK and pass security clearance.
  • Be able to work as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Be able to work outside in all seasons.
  • Be able to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
  • Hold a clean full UK driving license.
  • Be able to make timely decisions and justify.
  • Be reasonably fit, as walking and conducting foot patrols is required.
