Physician - Primary Care Specialist

The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Physician to join our Primary Care Network. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, cerebral palsy, and Down syndrome.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care to adults with a variety of intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and support staff
- Document findings, plan, and actions taken according to departmental guidelines
- Maintain a working knowledge of relevant medical/legal issues
- Participate in departmental continuous quality improvement efforts
- Provide education to other healthcare professionals
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Licensure by the State of Ohio Medical Board
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Active DEA license
