Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Aide in Training to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working under the direction of our Charge Nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide residents with comfort and safety, detecting and reporting situations that may cause accidents or injuries.
  • Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with resident care policy and procedure.
  • Assist with daily requirements and tasks, such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and observing intake of food.
  • Utilize and log in care provided into Electronic Medical Records system.
  • Measure and record vital signs, observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes of conditions to nursing staff.
  • Maintain care of equipment and supplies.
  • Walk with ambulatory residents or push in a wheelchair as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED is highly preferred.
  • Experience as a caregiver is preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
