The YMCA of Greater Richmond is a leading cause-driven organization dedicated to strengthening our community. As a Youth Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of school-age children in our program at Holton Elementary School.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour for this position.

About the Position

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of children in a dynamic environment. As a Youth Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising and engaging with a group of school-age children, participating in group programs, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in your care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and engage with a group of school-age children
  • Participate in group programs and activities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care
Requirements
  • Minimum of six months of child care experience, preferably in a licensed facility
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum age is 18
