We are seeking a highly skilled EDI Specialist to join our team at Gainwell Technologies LLC. As an EDI Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth exchange of electronic data between our systems and external entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test, monitor, and troubleshoot interfaces with external entities and the Kansas Modular Medicaid System (KMMS)
  • Resolve moderate technical issues related to hardware and software from incoming customer contacts and proactive notification systems
  • Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence
  • Participate in projects for process or quality improvements
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret complex regulatory and procedural documents
Requirements
  • Knowledge in electronic claims processing
  • Knowledge of HIPAA transactions
  • Prior Help Desk experience a plus
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Ability to de-escalate callers needed
What We Offer
  • Full-time 40 hours a week
  • Hours of operation are 8am to 5pm
  • Position is currently Remote (work from home). Should client requirement change, the candidate would be expected to work on site as needed for contract.

The pay range for this position is $41, $59,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
