This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a reputable healthcare organization. Our client values employees and offers a competitive salary of $140,000 - $150,000 per year depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting operational reviews to assess regulatory compliance, operational efficiencies, and quality improvement
- Developing and implementing improvement processes to enhance patient care and staff performance

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, senior living, memory care, or equivalent
- Prior experience managing multiple skilled nursing facilities, preferably in a leadership or consultant role
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
