Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for software, hardware, and networking systems for desktops, laptops, and servers.
  • Perform maintenance and support on legacy products, ensuring seamless integration with modern systems.
  • Support core server products, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Replace disks on enterprise storage products, ensuring data integrity and system uptime.
  • Install and maintain PCs, associated software, networks, servers, and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Support network products from operational and maintenance perspectives, ensuring network stability and security.
  • Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required, minimizing downtime and disruption.
  • Test and certify PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved applications, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
  • Provide follow-up on problems or escalation, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.
  • Ensure client-specific Service Level Agreements are met, and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system.
