Job Title: Infusion Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Infusion Nurse to join our team at NurseCore. As a key member of our Specialty Staffing division, you will provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer infusion therapies and injectables to patients with rare, chronic, and acute diseases in the home setting, infusion suites, or physician office.
  • Access, maintain, and troubleshoot SPC/PIV/Midlines, CVAD (PICC/Implanted Ports), SCIG, phlebotomy, and lab processing.
  • Coordinate patient care planning with the Director of Nursing and make clinical decisions in the delivery of patient care.
  • Proactively update client/patient records, health changes, and other related incidents.
  • Ensure safe care to patients, adhering to all policies, procedures, and standards, including time management, supply management, productivity, and quality of service.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse through the State Board of Nursing required.
  • Home health experience preferred – Can perform assessments, wound care, medication management, infusions.
  • Minimum of two years medical surgical or critical care/ER experience preferred.
  • Minimum of one-year recent infusion experience preferred.
  • Proof of current PPD, current CPR– hands-on class required.
  • Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience.
