Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist

Job Summary: Nurse First is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in Labor and Delivery nursing.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the unit.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
