Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing an established route of clients and building strong relationships while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage an established route of clients and provide first-class service
  • Analyze and resolve pest infestations using investigative and deductive reasoning skills
  • Perform minor equipment or structural repairs as needed
  • Help clients maintain a pest-free environment that protects their brand, clients, and the general public
Requirements
  • Basic math and writing skills
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and observant
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, and/or on weekends (including split shifts)
  • Valid motor vehicle operator's license
  • Available to travel overnight when needed
  • Good driving record
  • Pass drug and background checks
