Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our car wash operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of site operations, including staff management, customer service, and sales growth.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of car wash professionals.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure exceptional service to drive membership sales and retention.
  • Business Growth: Partner with the Market Leader to develop and implement strategies to drive local volume and sales growth.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure the site operates safely and in compliance with all regulatory, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Financial Management: Review and manage site labor, payroll, and budget planning to ensure alignment with company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of management experience required; management experience in restaurants or hospitality highly preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
Compensation

$25-$30 hourly wage.
