Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current licensure in good standing.
- Minimum one year of experience in a Critical Care or Intensive Care Unit setting.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification required; TNCC preferred.
