Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition.
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current licensure in good standing.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a Critical Care or Intensive Care Unit setting.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification required; TNCC preferred.
