We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Anesthesia Technician to join our team at Loma Linda University Medical Center. As a key member of the anesthesia care team, you will work under the direction of licensed anesthesia providers to ensure the safe and efficient administration of anesthesia.
Responsibilities:
- Uses sterile technique to set-up the anesthesia table, anesthesia machines, equipment taking into account the type of anesthesia to be administered, age and size of patient, and anesthesia provider preference.
- Assists anesthesia provider during the procedure as needed.
- Inventories supplies and ensures OR suites and procedure rooms and anesthesia carts are stocked and that back up carts and machines are ready for use.
- May be required to participate in on-call schedule as needed based on business needs.
