As an Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist with Community Health Network, you will play a vital role in the diagnosis of brain diseases, injuries, and tumors. Working under the supervision of a Neurologist, you will perform diagnostic tests using an instrument that records brain waves.
Key Responsibilities- Perform neuro-diagnostic procedures, including EEG recordings, with precision and accuracy
- Attach electrodes to specific areas of the patient's head to measure electrical potentials between various parts of the brain
- Work independently with minimal supervision, making sound judgments in decision-making responsibilities
- Collaborate with patients of all ages, from neonates to elderly adults, to ensure exceptional care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest neuro-diagnostic technologies and procedures
- Graduate of an accredited Electroneurodiagnostic program
- Registered or certified in Neuro-Diagnostic Testing, or eligible per ABRET (Neuro-diagnostic Credentialing and Accreditation) END Exam Eligibility Requirements
- Ability to work with patients of all ages, ranging from neonates to elderly adults
- Basic knowledge of computers useful
