Electroneurodiagnostic Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electroneurodiagnostics Technologist to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent in Indiana. As a key member of our neurodiagnostics department, you will be responsible for performing electroneurodiagnostic testing, setting up and preparing equipment, and reviewing patient history to provide education and monitor patient condition.

• Perform electroneurodiagnostic testing, including EEG, EP, and PSG procedures
• Set up and prepare equipment and supplies for ordered tests
• Review patient history, obtain necessary information, and provide education to patients about procedures
• Monitor and document patient condition, reporting any adverse reactions
• Operate and maintain various equipment to obtain diagnostic data
• Recognize and correct for artifacts, score/graph, document, and report results of diagnostic procedures

• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
• One or more of the following certifications: Electroencephalographic Technician, Technologist specializing in Neurophysiologic Intraop Monit, Technologist specializing in Evoked Potential, or Tech specializing in Nerve Conduction Study
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Technical degree or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
