This position entails partnering with both internal teams and external collaborators to oversee a diverse portfolio of initiatives. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational abilities, thrive in a dynamic setting, and have a solid background in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate forthcoming initiatives
  • Lead collaborative programs for New Biomarker Co-development
  • Oversee multiple projects related to biomarker solutions
  • Deploy program management methodologies and tools
  • Facilitate team discussions and decision-making processes
  • Report to senior leadership regarding program strategies
  • Manage post-agreement partnership activities
  • Identify avenues for growth and liaise with internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences; M.S. or MBA preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in Project Management
  • Background in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication proficiency
  • Skilled in MS Office and program management methodologies
  • Strong business insight and problem-solving capabilities
  • Dedication to fostering a high-performance culture
