Job Title: Registered Behavior TechnicianJob Summary

GREAT EXPECTATIONS ABA LLC is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality autism therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans written by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) consistently.
  • Work closely with the lead BCBA and other staff to ensure that clients achieve behavior goals set forth in the Behavior Support Plan (BSP).
  • Collect accurate data for all behavior programs and provide it to the BCBA for analysis.
  • Meet regularly with the BCBA to address program changes and further training.
  • Adjust interventions or methods as instructed by the BCBA.
  • Be responsible for maintaining thorough knowledge and understanding of each intervention in place for every individual on your caseload at all times.
  • Regularly review treatment plans for all individuals to ensure treatment integrity.
Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of 40 hours of training, based on the RBT Task List, and successfully passed exam.
  • Successfully complete criminal background check and sexual registry check.
  • Exhibit excellent public, employee, client, and agency relation skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent client service under challenging conditions.
  • Ability to take constructive criticism on performance as given by supervisors.
  • History of making reliable decisions and effectively communicating with others.
  • Passionate about making a difference for children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.
  • A sense of dedication to "be present" every day while working with both clients and your fellow team members.
  • Be reliable and dependable.
  • Detailed-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
