About the Position

We are currently embarking on a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing our financial operations, ensuring robust governance, and establishing a top-tier finance organization characterized by exceptional execution and efficiency.

The Senior Vice President of Transformation will oversee various transformation functions, including Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), Communications & Change Management, Master Data, Operational Excellence, Financial Systems, and Data & Analytics. This role is pivotal as we navigate our critical transformation journey.

Success in this position will hinge on several key factors:

  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the transformation team;
  • Establishing standardized operational procedures across the PMO and Operational Excellence to effectively scale services;
  • Driving strategic initiatives through strong stakeholder engagement and oversight of new service transitions;
  • Creating performance metrics that clearly illustrate the value and impact of our transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
  • Collaborate with brand leaders to implement the financial vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with external partners;
  • Utilize lean methodologies to simplify processes and promote unified data reporting;
  • Contribute to the direction of the Operational Excellence program, working with finance leaders to develop foundational training initiatives;
  • Partner with analytics and master data teams to establish frameworks that measure and manage the success of transformation programs;
  • Work alongside the Director of Operations to drive annual planning cycles and foster cross-functional commitment to key objectives;
  • Collaborate with EPMO to identify and prioritize projects based on organizational needs;
  • Engage with finance leads to refine investment strategies and enhance business case development processes.

Additionally, you will work with the Organizational Change Management team to improve communication and visibility of operations and service offerings.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (MBA preferred);
  • 12+ years of relevant experience;
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching and development;
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in decentralized business environments;
  • Strong analytical abilities to connect financial outcomes with operational performance;
  • Experience in a global business context with a solid understanding of process flows;
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a history of leading finance-related projects;
  • Strong work ethic aligned with execution and departmental vision;
  • PMP or similar certification (Scrum, Agile);
  • Expertise in operational excellence methodologies.
