Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that our finished products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our food safety procedures and protocols.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on food safety and quality practices, ensuring that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance food safety and quality, reducing the risk of contamination and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as food science, quality assurance, or a related discipline.
  • At least one year of experience in quality assurance or food handling, with a strong understanding of food safety regulations and protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with production staff, management, and external partners.
  • Ability to obtain food safety certifications, such as HACCP or SQF, as required by the company.
