About This Role

Biogen is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sr. Territory Business Manager to join our neuropsychiatry team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans for your assigned territory, focusing on Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Post-Partum Depression (PPD) treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain critical relationships with Psychiatrists, Psychiatric NPs/PAs, and other allied health professionals.
  • Effectively communicate complex clinical data, market access policies, and patient support services information to customers and key stakeholders.
  • Utilize outstanding interpersonal abilities and Biogen's customer selling approach to identify and cater to the educational needs of customers.
  • Align Biogen's product offerings to meet the evolving needs of customers in a productive and compliant manner.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of pharma, specialty, hospital, and/or biotech sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success, with consistent high rankings and achievement awards.
  • Ability to drive results in a challenging and ambiguous market.
  • Customer and patient-focused, with the ability to identify challenges and achieve results with minimal guidance.
  • Support, adopt, and promote a culture of compliance.
What We Offer

Biogen offers a competitive base compensation range of $124,500 to $180,500, as well as participation in LTI grants and other incentive programs. We also offer a full range of benefits, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, vacation, and 401K participation and matching contributions.
