Senior Account Strategy Leader

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing an assortment strategy and management for a specific category or department, while partnering with senior executives and leaders across the organization to deliver on the strategy.
What You Will Do
- Drive performance against P&L levers including gross merchandise value (GMV) and contribution profit;
- Develop strong and trusting relationships with partners working across the organization to solve issues, address pain points, and implement growth initiatives;
- Lead annual and quarterly business planning and performance tracking for category, as well as direct reports managed sellers.
About You
- You have 7+ years' experience in Business Management, Omni-Channel Category Merchandising, Account Management, digital commerce, or a related area;
- You have strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines;
- You are detail-oriented and results-driven with a sense of urgency;
- You are creative and resilient with a passion for problem-solving and driving business performance.
