The Sales Enablement Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting the CDK Sales team. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, the Consultant engages with sales professionals to facilitate new business opportunities and pre-sales evaluations. This involves assessing existing and prospective customer workflow challenges and pinpointing avenues for expansion. Upon identifying these opportunities, the Consultant recommends suitable CDK solutions by leveraging industry knowledge and conducting engaging product demonstrations.
This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise and sales acumen to foster successful partnerships and drive revenue growth.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in Automotive Operations, including Variable Operations, Fixed Operations, or Business Office and Accounting
- Background in technical sales, consulting, and product presentations within the SaaS sector
- Preferred experience in Sales and Implementation or consulting with CDK products/solutions
- Familiarity with web technologies, customer relationship management (CRM), and sales enablement tools
- Proficient in API and third-party integrations
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate the discovery process to uncover the business objectives and challenges of prospects/customers.
- Utilize comprehensive product knowledge in collaboration with Sales to deliver compelling product demonstrations that emphasize value propositions, generating excitement about how CDK can help achieve their goals.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective onboarding and implementation of sold solutions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Frequent travel (approximately 80%) to meet with clients
- This position regularly involves the use of a computer, including a monitor, mouse, and keyboard.
Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000 + Benefits
CDK Global is dedicated to equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are determined by various factors, including skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The total compensation for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
