Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic Clinic team in Bellevue, Washington. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate health services, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing assessment of patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Coordinate and facilitate healthcare services for patients, including referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ambulatory care nursing experience
  • Primary nursing or case management experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
