- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in multidisciplinary quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and incorporate research findings into nursing care.
- Collaborate with managers to complete performance reviews and contribute to staff development.
- Current Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ambulatory care nursing experience.
- Primary nursing or case management experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
