Pantry Coordinator Job Description

Job Summary:

The Pantry Coordinator is an hourly position that provides exceptional guest service to Suite Owners and Suites Administrators. The Coordinator will support the Suites Manager in day-to-day operations and coordination of event information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication with suite holders/administrators
  • Food and beverage sales
  • Organization and maintenance of QUEST system
  • Exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Fast-paced problem-solving ability
  • Ability to build buyer/seller relationships
  • Personable, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Organized and able to jump from task to task and prioritize as needed
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to adapt to change quickly
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Ability to read and maintain information
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
  • Able to move fast and act on assigned duties
  • Maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance standard
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and put away parcels weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display terminal, for extended periods of time
  • Finger, hand, and wrist dexterity

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years Administrative Assistant experience required
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required, and the ability to learn and apply varied computer programs
  • Knowledge and experience working with a POS system
  • High School Diploma required, Associate degree preferred
