Role Overview

Incredibuild is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating compelling technical content that effectively communicates the value of our solutions to developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.

You will play a critical role in driving product adoption and market growth by crafting a narrative that resonates with our target audience in the C++ and DevOps space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality, technically accurate content such as white papers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and videos that build awareness and demonstrate the value of Incredibuild's solutions in C++ and DevOps environments.
  • Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to understand the technical nuances of our products and translate them into clear, compelling messages that resonate with developers and DevOps professionals.
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and sales teams to create and execute effective go-to-market strategies that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Engage with customers and industry influencers to gather insights, testimonials, and use cases that highlight the impact of Incredibuild's products in real-world scenarios.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and customer needs to continuously refine our messaging and product positioning.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background in software development, particularly in DevOps and build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and related technologies. Experience working with C++ is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in creating top-of-funnel and mid-funnel technical content for developer or engineering audiences, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a related role, in the software industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with technical audiences.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
Compensation

$150,000-$180,000 base salary (+ benefits, including generous 401K, unlimited PTO, generous medical coverage, life insurance, commute expenses, and food allowance). In addition to the base salary, this role includes the opportunity to earn performance-based compensation and/or a discretionary bonus, in accordance with the Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.
