**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve IT service delivery and reduce downtime.
  • Manage and maintain our Veritas Enterprise Vault and Veritas Merge 1 systems, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor IT projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
  • Ensure that all IT services meet the required Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance IT service delivery.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT service management, with a focus on record management and infrastructure.
  • Strong technical skills in Veritas Enterprise Vault, Veritas Merge 1, and other related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
