Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between the Project Team and Operations to develop and implement documentation strategies.
- Develop and maintain documents for operations, ensuring they meet contract requirements and are delivered on time.
- Plan and conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure stakeholders understand documentation requirements.
- Provide guidance and facilitate resolution of documentation queries and deviations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
- Experience in operations and/or project technical support, including document management and IT systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in information management.
- Understanding of information and documentation needs in operating oil and gas facilities.
