The Maintenance Person plays a vital role in ensuring the interior and exterior of our restaurant is clean and well-maintained. As a member of our Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to keep our restaurant in top condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Filtering oil fryers daily to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Maintaining the outside grounds, including landscaping and trash removal
  • Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Unloading delivery trucks twice a week and taking out and emptying the trash compactor
  • Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and the roof of debris
