Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the operation and monitoring of processing equipment to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Accurately document production activities using HACCP forms and daily production reports.
  • Perform accurate testing of in-process product samples.
  • Transfer information from one source to another with accuracy.
  • Ability to understand and follow complex instructions in both verbal and written form.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift over 50 pounds.
  • Must have at least 20/40 vision in both eyes with or without correction.
  • Possess or have the ability to obtain a forklift certification.
  • Basic math skills, including common fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of GMP and HACCP principles.
  • Team-oriented and honest, reliable, and dependable.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with hot and cold temperatures, high noise levels, and moving mechanical parts.
