Position Overview:
The Auction Lot Operations Specialist collaborates closely with the auction team to coordinate vehicles for sale, assess work completed, and ensure an efficient sale line-up and operational workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify vehicles being delivered to the auction and confirm receipt.
- Complete all initial vehicle stock-in processes; manually enter or scan VIN and add vehicle identifiers (e.g., color, mileage) into the system.
- Print and affix appropriate windshield stickers on each vehicle.
- Provide daily check-in forms to the vehicle registration desk.
- Walk the lot to ensure correct windshield stickers are placed on each vehicle and that vehicles are positioned in their designated lanes and lot numbers.

- Communicate with Operations and Reconditioning teams to facilitate vehicle logistics to the shops.
- Relocate vehicles to their designated areas on the auction lot.
- Uphold workplace safety by adhering to established safety protocols.
- Assist on sale days with lane coordination, locating and moving vehicles, and starting or jump-starting vehicles.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- May be required to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and crouch.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with using a portable terminal or tablet are preferred.
- Capability to drive vehicles with both standard and automatic transmissions.
- Valid in-state driver's license and maintenance of an acceptable, safe driving record.
