Position Overview: T-Mobile stands as America’s leading Un-carrier, providing a robust 4G LTE and groundbreaking nationwide 5G network that ensures dependable connectivity for everyone.

The Lead Business Intelligence Analyst role, based in Snoqualmie, WA, will steer the organization through comprehensive analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in the design and development of reporting frameworks and interfaces, along with the management of standardized reports utilized across the team.
- Address the analytical requirements of the business by leveraging data from diverse sources (e.g., call centers, SAP, & Business Objects). Shape data strategy across various touchpoints (e.g., POS tools, surveys, market research).
- Construct integrated dashboards from multiple data sources for presentations to senior leadership.
- Drive the process of extracting core insights from available data and formulate strategies to enhance customer experience and performance by collaborating with product managers for A/B and multivariate testing.
- Participate in enterprise projects to identify reporting needs and integrate those needs into system design.
- Provide analytical support for sales representatives, supervisors, call centers, partners, and financial performance.
- Present analyses and strategies to senior management in both verbal and written formats.
- Conduct competitive analysis to guide offers and processes.
- Undertake additional duties/projects as assigned by business management as required. Remote work is allowed, but candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.


Required Skills:
Proficient in Business Intelligence Tools, including Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, Azure Cloud Services & Data Virtualization.
  • Utilize Denodo to design, build, and deploy analytical dashboards and reports, serving enterprise-level users and groups as tools for analysis and strategic improvement to meet organizational objectives.
Skilled in BO Data Services, Teradata, Oracle, Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server scripting & MySQL tools to extract, cleanse, and store data from various databases/sources, and to develop custom solutions via scripting to fulfill reporting and visualization needs.

- Design and develop Business Intelligence Solutions, Data Modeling, and Semantic Layer Design by integrating various tables/data structures to meet analytical reporting demands, along with Data Warehousing Architecture, Azure Cloud User groups administration & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new reporting products/solutions meet user/business expectations.

- Employ various project management methodologies, including Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)/Waterfall model, Agile, and D2P to execute projects through all phases, from ideation to completion, ensuring compliance with established organizational objectives and consistently achieving all milestones and deliverables.


Experience and Education Requirements:

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Statistics, Computer Applications, Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry or related field, along with 3 years of relevant professional experience.

ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in a related field with additional relevant experience.
