Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer needs through direct interactions and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Effectively communicate sales and promotions to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and suitable manner
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services
  • Perform tire services including tire repair, new tire installs, tire mounting, rotations, and balancing
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of tire services and products
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
