Traveling Environmental Project Manager

SST Direct is seeking a highly skilled Traveling Environmental Superintendent to lead projects across multiple sites with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary tasks and schedules effectively, ensuring compliance with company and client Health and Safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment operators to ensure project progress
- Maintain accurate daily field documentation
- Identify contract requirements, potential changes, and out-of-scope items
- Assist in cost estimation and negotiation with vendors/subcontractors
- Conduct initial accident investigations and develop appropriate procedures
- Collaborate with senior management to establish project goals
- Supervise and mentor up to 10 direct craft reports
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in environmental cleanup, soil remediation, demo/decon, or habitat restoration
- Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams in construction projects
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER training and current 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher required
- USACE QC Training
Benefits:

- Salary: $95,000 - $140,000 per year (based on experience)
