Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Epilog Laser. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing regular preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment, providing emergency/unscheduled repairs, and managing equipment calibration status.

Responsibilities:

* Perform regular preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
* Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production and facility equipment
* Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required service tasks
* Manage equipment calibration status
* Coordinate repair and calibration work with vendors
* Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust
* Report any equipment malfunctions or unusual failures to management
* Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
* Execute preventative maintenance plans for all facility equipment and systems
* Communicate all necessary safety information and safety hazards connected with work being performed
* Assist with maintaining daily operations of the facility, including supply replenishment, housekeeping, restroom & breakroom maintenance
* Maintain & monitor all electrical, mechanical & plumbing systems
* Perform audits to support facility planning
* Support maintenance & mechanics duties such as spot painting, light construction, and cleanup, using hand and power tools as necessary
* Support the installation of new equipment
* Assist with spare parts inventory management
* May train or direct other team members as appropriate

Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent
* Basic working knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical, and/or other general repair skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities
* Sound judgment and discretional skills and able to work with little or no supervision
* Must be able to consistently work under pressure and simultaneously prioritize multiple projects
* Must be able to obtain a valid, current, and non-probationary driver's license
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
* Technical vocational training
* Knowledge of automation systems
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of CAD
* Experience as an Electrician and/or HVAC Technician
