We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Good Samaritan Society in Ellsworth, Kansas. This is a full-time night shift position with competitive compensation and excellent benefits.

SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $28.50-$41.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, work-life balance benefits, and a generous time off package.
Job DescriptionAs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings. You will demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge. You will also ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
You will work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team. You will communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. You will also counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- Holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
