Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a preventive maintenance program
  • Diagnosing issues effectively
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of machinery and operational processes
  • Contributing to technical documentation, validations, and qualifications
  • Ensuring compliance with quality system documentation requirements (e.g., BOMs, Routers, FMEAs, etc.)
  • Drafting validation protocols and reports for new processes
  • Aiding in the establishment of qualified production lines
  • Providing insights for Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
May involve training manufacturing staff as necessary during validation processes.

Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Simulink, SoC (System on Chip), AutoCAD, MATLAB, Python, FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array), and other relevant software tools
  • Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and practices
  • Experience in designing and implementing control systems for industrial applications
  • Familiarity with debugging techniques and tools for troubleshooting control systems
  • Excellent analytical skills to resolve complex issues
  • Strong communication abilities for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, focusing on electrical
  • Experience in a process industry is preferred
  • Proficient in Weights and Measures/English and Metric units
  • Skills in Process Design and Process Control
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Background in Process Engineering and Maintenance Engineering
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
